Get Personal Writing Coaching

Published by Steve Osborne

Want to become a powerful writer? Want to learn to wield the written word as a sword to gain what you want in life?

Steve OsborneI can give you the personal coaching you need to make that happen. We can work together in any number of ways, using e-mail, telephone calls or face-to-face sessions, depending on what works best for you. I can tailor a coaching program specifically for you – one that will match your objectives and circumstances.

Some of my clients get a “two-for-the-price-of-one” deal. Bob is one of them. He writes something he needs for his work, then e-mails it to me for editing/rewriting. When I finish “massaging” it, I e-mail the document back to him and we discuss the changes I made. In that way, he gets (1) professionally written documents or projects and (2) personal coaching at the same time. Some of the clients I work with on this basis – including Bob – have become excellent writers because of it.

Tell me about your writing needs and challenges. I’ll get back to you soon with some options. Once we firm up a coaching program for you – whether it’s simple or extensive – I’ll tell you how much I would charge – all with no obligation, of course.

Why I Can Help You:

I began my professional writing career at the age of 17 as a humor and feature contributor to The Salt Lake Tribune. For over 20 years I have worked as a full-time freelance writer, winning national, regional and local awards. I have completed projects for a diverse list of companies and organizations, including American Express, Intel, Zero Halliburton, Coca Cola, Novell, Franklin Covey, Huntsman Chemical, Salt Lake City Corporation, Beneficial Life Insurance, University of Utah, ServiceMaster and Usana International.

My list of published works includes over 300 magazine articles, including profiles and travel articles for such magazines as Popular Photography, Writer’s Digest and Backpacker, as well as several books covering a wide spectrum of subjects.

Plus, I teach people how to write effectively, presenting the popular Write to Win one-day seminar to personnel in public and private companies and providing personal writing coaching. I am also an adjunct instructor for Utah State University.
